In order to understand your requirements and those of your pets, we start by arranging to meet you in person prior to undertaking any services for you. We will take our time to understand your pets routines, habits, preferences and funny little quirks that only an owner would know. This allows us to provide the very best care possible for your pets. If possible we also like to meet your pets in advance so that they are familiar with us when we visit them next time.

 

I can also provide an emergency service should you get stuck in an over running meeting or want to take advantage of that last minute offer of overtime. Please note, it is important that I meet you and your pet in person prior to undertaking this emergency service to ensure I have a good understanding of your pets needs there is no charge for this and no obligation to ever use this emergency service following the consultation meeting – it will simply mean that you have the peace of mind that should anything ever come up that means you are not around to feed/walk your pet, you can call me to help. In all cases we aim to ensure normal routines are maintained to help ensure your pet remains completely content. Your pet will be cared for as if they were my own so you can have peace of mind knowing that your pet will be happy and safe.
